How to do the superman

  1. 1Lie face down with your arms stretched in front and legs straight.
  2. 2Squeeze your glutes and lift your arms, chest and legs a few inches off the floor.
  3. 3Hold for two seconds, keeping your neck long.
  4. 4Lower slowly.

When to pick it: Pick it for back endurance and posture, or as a gentle back exercise at home.

  • Jerking up as high as possible
