Free tools, provided as-is

Binary Decimal (“we”, “us”) offers free calculators, converters and tools at binarydecimal.com, with no account. We check the maths and name our sources, but mistakes happen, data goes out of date and browsers differ. The site and everything on it are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and availability. Check any result that matters before you rely on it. We may change or remove tools at any time.

Not professional advice

The tools and articles are for information and education. Health tools aren’t medical advice or a diagnosis, money tools aren’t financial, tax or investment advice, and nothing on the site is legal advice. For decisions about your health, money or legal position, talk to a qualified professional. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, Binary Decimal isn’t liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or your inability to use it, including indirect or consequential loss, lost data, lost profits and decisions made using a result. Because the site is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us to use it, which is nothing. Where the law doesn’t allow a limit like this, it applies as far as the law does allow.

Acceptable use

When you use the site, please don’t:

• use it for anything illegal, or to harm other people;
• try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it;
• scrape or crawl it in a way that harms the service, such as at a rate that slows it down for others (normal search engine indexing is welcome);
• send spam or abuse through the contact form.

Your content

What you type and save in the tools is yours. It stays on your device, and we claim no rights to it (see the Privacy Policy). Your browser can lose saved data, for example when site data is cleared, so keep a copy of anything important with the backup page. If you send us a message, we use it only to reply.

Our content

The site’s text, design, graphics, tools and data are © Binary Decimal, all rights reserved, unless a page says otherwise. One exception today: the data in the penis size percentile chart is free to reuse under CC BY 4.0. Credit Binary Decimal and link to the chart page.

Other companies’ names

Product and company names on the site, such as Jira, Wegovy, Zepbound or Mermaid, belong to their owners. We use them only to say what a tool works with or compares, and Binary Decimal isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Links to other sites

We link to studies, sources and other sites, including Buy Me a Coffee. They have their own terms, and we aren’t responsible for their content.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
