Workout Program Builder

Build a program for a client week by week and send it as a link on WhatsApp. They follow it in our free workout app and send their progress back. No accounts, nothing uploaded.

An example to start from. Change anything and it’s saved as your own.

Stop if something hurts, and check with a doctor before starting if you have a health condition, are pregnant or are recovering from an injury. You’re responsible for the programs you write; check each client can do them safely. Terms

How it works

1. Build

Lay out week 1 with exercises from our library or your own, with sets and reps or time, a weight or an RPE, rest and a note. Copy it into the following weeks and adjust.

2. Send

One link, on WhatsApp or anywhere. Your client opens it in the workout app, sees your name and colour, and starts the program. Send it again after a change and their log is kept.

3. Follow along

Your client logs each session and sends back a progress image or a log link: a calendar grid of the days they trained, at a glance, with the streak and the sessions done.

Want a ready-made plan instead? The workout plan generator builds one from six answers, and every exercise has a demo in the exercise library.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does my client get the program?

Press “Send on WhatsApp” or copy the link and send it any way you like; in person, they can scan the QR code. The link opens our free workout app, which asks your client to start the program. From then on it shows today’s session, ticks off sets and logs each workout as done or skipped.

Do my clients need an account or an app store download?

No. The workout app runs in the phone’s browser and can be added to the home screen, where it works offline. There are no accounts for you or your clients.

Where are my programs stored?

On this device, in your browser. The program travels inside the link itself, in the part after the #, which browsers never send to a server, so we never see it. You can back up your programs or sync them between your own devices from the Backup page.

How do I see how my client is doing?

In the app, your client can share a progress image (straight to WhatsApp on most phones) with a calendar grid of the days they trained, their weekly streak and the sessions done. They can also send a log link, which opens on this page with the same grid.

What if the program is too long for a link?

Most programs make short links. A very long one (many weeks with many notes) can be cut off by some messaging apps, so the page suggests the file instead: download the .json file, send it, and your client opens it in the app under Settings → Import a program file.
